Our Approach to Customer Service

At Henley Saw we work with your schedule – not against it. We have built our reputation on the quality of our blades and commitment to our customers and nothing more. We know what it takes to make a sawmill operate and know that you don’t always have the time or resources to talk about cutting wood when you could be cutting wood. That’s why we track the blades we manufacture and service. 

Instead of a sales team at your door when you don’t need blades, we strive to keep your mill operating at maximum performance by notifying you when our tracking system identifies that it’s time to service or replace your blades. Of course, in the event that your blades require repairs or maintenance prior to your scheduled servicing, we are always available for unexpected problems.
